Transformer Substations & Switchgear Kiosks
The accessable CTE or compact CTS transformer substations are available in various designs and can be equipped with customer-specific switchgear devices from well-known manufacturers such as ABB, Siemens, Schneider, SEL, etc. Cast resin transformers are used as standard. Oil-encapsulated transformers can also be installed on customer request. The CTE stations (up to 36 kV) are built up to an output of 4500 kVA and are available up to 40″. The CTE LV stations are available up to a rated current of 6300A. The CTS stations (up to 24 kV) are built with an output of up to 2000 kVA. Their maximum length is 4800 m. The CTE and especially the CTS stations can be mounted on a skid. Furthermore, the skid-mounted stations can optionally be equipped with electrically or pneumatically operated cable drums. All transformer stations can also be built and certified in Ex p.
The KDE low- and medium-voltage switchgear kiosks are available in various configurations. Similar to the CTE and CTS transformer substations, these can be manufactured according to customer requirements. The KDE low-voltage switchgear kiosks are available up to max. 690 V and max. 630 A in IP 55. The KDE medium-voltage switchgear kiosks are available up to max. 24 kV and max. 630 A in IP 55. The switchgear kiosks and site power distribution boards can also be mounted on a skid. A cable drum can be provided as an option.
